Today’s Practice:

Invite your children to free write their life story—whatever comes to mind about their life experiences. This can include the mundane, where and when they were born, to the more interesting parts, such as where their name came from, a unique interest, talent, or life goal. This can be an ongoing journal process or something you talk about on a regular basis; it can also be expressed through drawing, painting, poetry or songwriting.
