29 May Daily Practice Inspired by Joni Mitchell
Oh, won't you stay?
We'll put on the day
And we'll talk in present tenses-Joni Mitchell
Today’s Practice:
Make it a point, every two weeks or so, to identify a day as a “we are here day,” (or whatever you want to call it). “We are here” is a day to celebrate and have fun together. Play music, dance, play games, take a hike – whatever brings you a sense of presence, joy and unity. If possible, make it a day where screen-time is minimized, news-watching is off-limits, and work and school tasks are paused.
