03 Jun Daily Practice Inspired by David Levine
What we focus on expands and when we focus on hope and optimism, we create that in our lives.

Today’s Practice:
Emotions are contagious and if we are conscious of the emotions we are putting out to others in our family, we can catch ourselves from being too negative. Instead, practice looking at things from a positive perspective with hope and optimism for the future. This doesn’t mean being inauthentic, but it does mean having conversations with your family about what exciting and joyful experiences you will have together in the future and making sure to celebrate those moments when they occur.
