27 May Daily Practice Inspired by Margaret J. Wheatley
Circles create soothing space, where even reticent people can realize that their voice is welcome.

Today’s Practice:
When speaking as a family about plans, concerns, issues or celebrations, sit in a circle and have the conversation. When sitting in a circle, use the process of dialogue.
Dialogue helps people interact as they work together in a group. The purpose of dialogue is not necessarily to come to an agreement, but rather to come to an understanding of all points of view, thereby creating a common thread of connection for all.
Endeavor to make the circle a ritual, meaning that when a family circles up, all voices are welcome, and listening is the norm.
